Refunds on Faulty/Damaged Items

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from A Purple Cross so we will absolutely refund any damaged or faulty product.

Just let us know by sending us a message through the contact form.

We don’t offer a refund when you have just changed your mind, or on clothing that is the wrong size, so please check the size chart carefully prior to ordering.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged in any way, please take a photo of the fault/damage as we will require evidence for a refund. Thank you.

We will refund damaged/faulty items within 30 days of arrival of order.

Exchanges

Due to the logistics of international shipping we do not exchange or replace damaged items, just refund. Thank you for your understanding.
